Meet Your New Zebra Besties
Sarah Criscuolo MS, RD, CGN, CSN, CPT
Sarah was diagnosed with POTS in 2023 and EDS in late 2025, after many years of specialist visits and misdiagnoses. She has struggled for much of her life with hypermobility-related problems, lightheadedness, chronic fatigue and anxiety. Understanding how her body works and what it needs from a nutrition and movement perspective has helped her tremendously, and she enjoys sharing that knowledge with others who can benefit from it.
As a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, she has spent the last several years helping clients navigate a variety of symptoms, strengthen their bodies and ease their minds. Through her private practice, The Mindful RD, she supports those with POTS and SIBO, as well as those looking to incorporate more mindfulness into their lives.

Sarah obtained her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut and earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University, where she also completed her 1200+ hour dietetic internship.

Leah Ziegler MBA, CPT, CES, IMM, CNC, Reiki II
Leah was diagnosed with MCAS in 2013, EDS in 2019 and hyperadrenergic POTS in 2019. Like for so many, her road to diagnosis and treatment was a long one. She started Connective Health Consulting and Chronic Prep because she promised herself that one day she would share all the tools and resources she used to rebuild her life and get out of chronic pain. Some of the greatest challenges of her life were surviving college, grad school and being a recent graduate while navigating undiagnosed or newly diagnosed conditions.
It is thanks to Jeannie Di Bon’s Integral Movement Method and a team of providers and integrative health practitioners that Leah was able to build a life that worked for her. Leah returned to work full-time after 6 years on SSDI in 2024 and began building Connective Health Consulting and Chronic Prep.
Leah pursued certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise and the clinically researched Integral Movement Method, designed specifically to support those with EDS. Leah has been supporting clients in implementing movement in a way that works for them. She loves coaching clients on the tools and techniques needed to manage chronic pain and navigate the healthcare system.
