Movement Essentials for EDS and POTS
Our bodies move differently! Learn foundational exercises to support joints, improve mobility and strengthen muscles in a small group or one-on-one setting. Led by Certified Personal Trainers and POTS Specialists, Sarah and Leah.
-
Low on spoons? No problem! We meet you where you’re at. Our one-on-one workouts are tailored to your individual capacity, because we know personally how much it can change from day to day.
-
For anyone, not just those dealing with chronic illness, getting started is often the hardest part. Our group workouts help us to build community and hold each other accountable - because proper movement truly can make an enormous difference in your quality of life.
-
Using Sarah’s POTS Protocol movement program, we slowly advance you through various exercises to increase your tolerance to position change. This can be customized - the 3-month timeline is our framework, but the program can be completed in as much time as is needed.

Health professionals who understand.
